CWIB Luncheon May 24, 2016

Val Meyerson of Petoskey District Library will be giving a summer book preview.  Summer is said to be a great time to catch up on all the reading we try to squeeze into our busy schedules throughout the year. But living in a resort town, we all know that is a misnomer… But, hopefully we all have some beach and/or deck time that we can squeeze in a book or two. It is especially nice to start a book that you will like since our actual time we can devote is limited. Val will join us at the next luncheon to “book talk” a few titles coming out this summer as well as a few of her favorites. 


The luncheon will be at Stafford's Bay View Inn.  The lunch will be a Cobb Salad - Mixed greens, chopped bacon, tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, hard-boiled egg, and diced chicken served with house made blue cheese dressing. Please make a note when you register if you require a vegetarian version.  Dessert will be Key Lime Pie.

The Cost to attend is $15 for CWIB members and $20 for all others. Register online and pre-pay by credit card so you can avoid lines at registration. Or you can pay by cash or check at the door. Please note any cancelations after 5 p.m. April 22, 2016, or any no-shows the day of the event will be invoiced.
