This program is designed to be a low-cost, comprehensive program to teach front-line staff the fundamentals of exceeding guests' expectations while giving them a greater understanding of the Hospitality the Little Traverse Way Service Culture. The curriculum was designed by Bill Quiseng of Bill Quiseng / Deliver the World's Best Customer Experience and supported by the partnering agencies of Hospitality the Little Traverse Way. Participants will be given practical guest-relations skills that they can used immediately apply in their workplace.
The seminar is targeted at front-line staff and provides training on how to provide the “World’s Best Guest Service” for your clients and customers. Just perfect for the Summer season! The cost is just $20 per person. Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. with a light breakfast provided. The program will begin at 9:00 a.m Pre-registration is required and should include the names, with correct spelling, of your staff members who will be attending the program.
