The Holiday's are fast approaching, and now is a perfect time to prepare staff or brush up on Guest Service training.
Hospitality the Little Traverse Way Training is designed to be a low-cost, comprehensive program to teach front-line staff the fundamentals of exceeding guests' expectations while giving them a greater understanding of the Hospitality the Little Traverse Way Service Culture.
The curriculum was designed by Bill Quiseng of Bill Quiseng / Deliver the World's Best Customer Experience and supported by the partnering agencies of Hospitality the Little Traverse Way.
Participants will be given practical guest-relations skills that they can used immediately apply in their workplace.
The seminar provides training on how to provide the “World’s Best Guest Service” for your clients and customers. Just perfect for the upcoming Holiday Season!
The cost is just $20 per person. Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. with a light breakfast provided. The program will begin at 9:00. Pre-registration is required and should include the names, with correct spelling, of your staff members who will be attending the program.
