Navigating Perimenopause and More
Brain fog? Anxiety? Is it stress, or is it perimenopause? Women in their mid-30’s and early 40’s may be feeling a bit in the dark as you approach this next chapter and wonder what the menopause journey looks like.

Two women’s health experts Dr. Kendra Johnson of Bay View Obstetrics and Gynecology and Dr. Gustav Lo of RegenCen will be joining us to discuss the symptoms associated with perimenopause and menopause which are so much more than hot flashes.

In addition, with the recent FDA updated guidance on hormone therapy, they will also discuss effective treatments out there that can help you move through what can be a challenging transition.
 

The luncheon takes place at Courtyard by Marriott Petoskey at Victories Square, 1866 Mkwa Place, Petoskey. Registration and networking are 11:30 a.m. to noon. The lunch buffet will begin at noon. The program will start at 12:20 p.m., and the event will conclude at 1:00 p.m. The lunch will be catered by Chef Sarah of Little Bay Gourmet. 

The cost is $35 for CWIB members and $45 for all others. Registration closes at noon on Friday, May 15. Our final counts go to the host at this time, so any cancellations or no-shows after this date will be charged.
