Confidence doesn’t always match capability, and that gap can show up for anyone, at any stage of their career.
From those just starting out to seasoned leaders, many people experience moments of self-doubt, questioning their achievements or wondering if they truly belong. That experience is known as imposter syndrome, and more importantly, it’s something you can learn to recognize and manage.
Join us for an engaging and empowering workshop with professional trainer and speaker, Jackie Krawczak of Jackie Krawczak, LLC designed to help you better understand and navigate imposter syndrome. Through guided discussion and practical insight, you’ll gain the tools to shift your mindset, recognize your value, and step more confidently into your role.
Together, we’ll:
• Clearly define imposter syndrome and identify the common types and patterns.
• Explore the internal and external factors that contribute to imposter feelings.
• Understand the personal and professional impacts of imposter syndrome.
• Learn practical strategies and tools to challenge, manage, and reduce imposter syndrome.
Expect honest conversation, relatable moments, and practical takeaways you can apply right away. No matter your role or career stage, you’ll leave with the tools to recognize and manage imposter syndrome, so you can show up with greater confidence, own your strengths, and step fully into the value you bring.
The workshop is Tuesday, June 5, from 9am to 11am. It will take place at The Talcott, 4078 M-75 in Walloon Lake. The cost is just $35 to attend. Registration closes at 5pm on Friday, June at 5pm. HRCI/SHRM credits pending.
