Molding Operator - $18/hr. - Pellston

PMP Personnel Services is partnered with a well-established and trusted manufacturer specializing in the injection molding industry. Located in Pellston, MI they are known for precision, reliability, and high-quality production.

As a Molding Operator, you’ll remove parts from injection molding machines, inspect for quality, complete documentation, and help maintain smooth production flow. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a team setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines.
• Pull molded parts, inspect for defects, and ensure accuracy.
• Pack and label parts according to documentation.
• Maintain daily production records.
• Follow safety, quality, and work instructions at all times.

What we’re looking for:

• Basic understanding of injection molding processes.
• Basic math and documentation skills
• Maintain steady production with minimal supervision.
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Communicate clearly about issues or changes needed.
• Adapt to changing production priorities.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move materials
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Able to work in an industrial setting (noise, dust, PPE required)
